Gaon Group’s Entrepreneurship and Execution Division initiates, executes and manages projects in the water, sewage, fuel and gas industries. The Division relies on the advanced engineering capabilities of the Group Companies, while making the necessary adaptations for each project. The Division also carries out horizontal drilling, initiates and builds sewage treatment plants, treatment of polluted drilling water, building telecommunication infrastructures, fiber optics etc. The Division also initiates and carries out treated sewage water plants jointly with regional treated sewage water suppliers. The Division offers two main operational modes:

Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship in the area of infrastructures as a contracting company, member of the Gaon Group, with all its capabilities and its financial soundness, including execution of projects requiring financing, procurement, construction, planning, operation, and maintenance - whether full-scale or partial. In addition, the Division facilitates the construction of projects using the BOT model in collaboration with other companies in the industry.

Full-scale project execution - one-stop shop

The Division, through Gaon Water Solutions (GWS) Company - executes projects using the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) model. Under this model, the customer is delivered a plant within a given budget and timeframe, including overall process responsibility. The customer does not need to invest time in project management; in fact the customer assigns overall responsibility to the EPC company.
The customer liaises with a single point of contact.

METCO Photovoltaic System
